The 5Rhythms workshop we presented on Feb 4-5, 2012 with Lucia Horan was a beautiful success!
Thank you to the 105 beautiful souls from 3 Provinces and 3 States who participated in the magic that was, and thank you dear Lucia Horan for guiding us so gracefully into our depths and heights through the 5Rhythms practice...
Here's a message from Lucia:
I was truly delighted and blessed to meet a new community of dancers in Toronto Canada. I looked around the room this weekend to see a range of ages, from big pregnant bellies, to elders, to everything in between; all rocking out together! I was moved over and over at the heartfelt, focus that inspired the room. Thank you to everyone who made the magic happen. Dance shines the windows of the soul, allowing the authenticity to shine though. And the truth is ohhh so brilliant! Keep shining my friends! Each dance floor is filled with the passion of your sacred dances of life. We come together to celebrate, the love and loss, the joy and the pain. We mend broken bridges and build community. We unify our tribes. We forge new relations. We learn to dance through all that we are being called to face and practice becoming graceful athletes of this human existence. With humility and devotion I continue to follow the path, to share the love and keep the beat alive!
